Return Policy: Physical items will be checked well before mailed and package will be secure, however if there is a problem with the item you purchased please contact us and we will sort out a replacement. In case of an item being damaged in transit, depending on the item, we might ask for the original item to be sent back to us for inspection.
We recommend that all parcels are sent as tracked which will only cost an additional Eur5 and you will be provided with a tracking number.
